Soft grilled eggplant.

Set on a grill.
Turn over occassionally using heat-resistant Japanese hands.

When cooked, cut open.
Add a bowl of dried anchovies.
A salad of sprouts, mustard leaves and lettuce drizzled with soy/onion/sesame dressing.
